Casual Educator Job
* A casual educator plays a vital role in supporting centres and children with flexible shifts Monday-Friday between 6:00am-6:30pm.
The key responsibilities of this role include actively contributing to the education program, engaging and supervising children, maintaining a safe environment, building relationships with families, complying with National Quality Standards, and supporting reflective practice.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Actively contribute to the education program by developing and implementing engaging learning experiences for children.
2. Engage and supervise children during centre hours, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
3. Maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes children's well-being and development.
4. Build strong relationships with families through regular communication and collaboration.
5. Comply with National Quality Standards and Centre regulations to ensure a high-quality service is provided.
6. Support reflective practice by critically evaluating own performance and making improvements.
