ABOUT THE POSITION.
This position is for a hands-on designer who sees projects through every stage, from initial concept to finished home. You'll turn ideas into detailed, buildable solutions, coordinate seamlessly with clients and consultants, and keep complex projects moving smoothly. It's a role for someone ready to take real responsibility, solve challenges creatively, and shape projects from start to finish.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.
* Take ownership of high-value residential projects, guiding them from initial brief through to final handover
* Prepare and coordinate drawing packages, specifications, and contractor engagement
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients
* Lead the procurement process, monitor project spend, and manage installation delivery on site
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
* Tertiary qualification in Interior Design
* 5+ years of experience
* High-end residential experience
* Previous experience with SketchUp preferred
* Previous experience in a client facing role preferred
