This role requires a deep understanding of regional consumer landscapes and the ability to adapt global brand strategies to meet evolving market needs.
 * You will lead the creation and execution of our regional marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives while tailoring initiatives to the unique ANZ market.
 * You will unify brand, retail, digital, PR, and community marketing under one vision—driving awareness, guest engagement, and conversion across every touchpoint.
 * You will be part of the leadership team that will impact every store, campaign, and community event across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
 1. Develop and execute an omnichannel marketing roadmap that enhances visibility, drives growth, and strengthens our retail success.
 2. Translate global brand direction into local market execution – adapting campaigns for ANZ while maintaining alignment with global brand objectives.
 3. Drive integrated marketing campaigns – from planning and ideation through to delivery, working cross-functionally with brand, commercial, and merchandise teams to maximise impact.
 4. Elevate omnichannel retail experiences – delivering best-in-class executions across our owned retail stores and strategic wholesale accounts.
 5. Oversee PR, community, and trade marketing initiatives – building meaningful connections with our communities and strengthening brand presence across ANZ.
 6. Build and inspire a high-performing team – leading the structural development of the ANZ marketing function and aligning talent to short, mid, and long-term objectives.
 7. Measure and communicate success – defining clear performance metrics and reporting outcomes to senior leadership and global partners.
Requirements:
 * 10+ years in marketing, with proven experience leading brand and retail strategies for global consumer or retail brands.
 * Demonstrated leadership in omnichannel marketing (retail, digital, community, and B2B).
 * Experience adapting global brand strategies to fit regional consumer landscapes.
 * A strategic yet hands-on approach—you're as comfortable setting vision as you are executing details.
 * Expertise in turning consumer insights and analytics into actionable strategies.
 * Strong team leadership skills, with experience building and scaling marketing teams.
 * Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
