Role Description: Business Analyst
A
Business Analyst
is responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and providing solutions that enhance organizational performance. They act as a bridge between business stakeholders (like executives, managers, and departments) and IT teams, ensuring that technology or process improvements align with business objectives. Business Analysts work in various industries such as finance, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and consulting to ensure that businesses are optimizing their operations, achieving their goals, and delivering value to customers.
Business Analysts collect data, gather requirements, model processes, and identify solutions to improve business processes, whether that involves developing new systems, improving existing workflows, or recommending strategic changes. They often work with project managers and cross-functional teams to implement those solutions effectively.
Qualifications

Business Administration
