Customer Service Role

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, or live chat using simple language. You will also provide guidance on maximizing savings from solar and battery usage, keep customers informed about their installations, and coordinate maintenance efforts.
This role requires a minimum of 1 year customer service experience, preferably in retail, call centre, or similar roles. A passion for problem-solving, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and tech-savviness are essential. The ideal candidate should have a strong drive to achieve goals and an aspiration to build a career in the renewable energy industry.
Key Responsibilities:
