About The Role
As an employee reporting to the Work Shop controller, your role will involve the following duties:
* Collaborating with colleagues such as Service Advisors and Parts Advisors;
* Ensuring that all servicing, maintenance, and repairs are performed according to the manufacturer's standards;
* Conducting diagnostics, resolving faults, and completing tasks to a high standard;
* Demonstrating the ability to work on larger, more complex jobs.
Who Are We Looking For
* We are currently searching for a skilled and experienced Dealership Technician. Previous experience with Toyota, Isuzu UTE, or Mahindra is a definite advantage.
* The ideal candidate should possess strong diagnostic skills and be able to handle complex jobs.
* Additionally, they should be comfortable working as part of a team.
* A full driving license is also a prerequisite for this role.
On Offer
* Salary will be based on your experience.
* You will receive a monthly commission in addition to your base salary.
* You will work a 9-day fortnight, supporting a work-life balance.
* The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays.
* You will be provided with a roster of days and Saturdays.
* You will receive specialised training via the manufacturer and dealership.
* Onsite parking will be available to you.
