Public Sector People is partnering with a government organisation in Brisbane to find an experienced HR Advisor to act as a Human Resources Business Partner.
About the Role
As the Human Resources Business Partner, you'll be a key advisor to leaders across the business, using your HR expertise to influence positive workplace outcomes, support organisational change, and enhance employee experience.
You will assist with the development of people policies, deliver tailored HR advice, and oversee employee lifecycle activities from recruitment to workforce planning and capability development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive advice across HR matters, including performance, development, and policy application.
Lead the review, development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support recruitment and selection, workforce planning and change initiatives.
About You
Available to start immediately.
Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end HR services in a dynamic environment.
High-level interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, consult and influence stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with a flair for clear and concise advice.
A positive, proactive mindset and a genuine commitment to employee wellbeing.
Familiarity with HR legislation, public sector frameworks and modern workplace practices.
Qualifications or 4+ years' experience in HR, employee relations, or a related discipline.
