Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes
Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices
Teamwork-oriented with strong leadership abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Knowledge of best cooking practices
Knowledge of Food Safety Standards and Practices
