**Key Responsibilities**:
- Source top talent for temporary & contracting roles via job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from client briefs to job offers.
- Negotiate pay rates and contract terms.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, WH&S; inspections, and company policies.
- Exceed KPIs to maximize earning potential and build a strong commission annuity.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship-building.

- Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry trends.
