Responsibilities for this role include and not limited to: Working alongside the Key Account Managers to support client retention Updating information for customers shipments Updating our Enterprise operating system, Cargowise with correct and timely information Monitoring group mailboxes Checking job registrations Uplaoding documents to client portals Checking shipment dashboard to confirm status of shipments Distributing documentation as required Facilitate release of shipments Escalate any issues to the Key Account Managers Attend training courses as requested –
