We are seeking an experienced Document Control Manager to lead our project document, records & information management (DRIM) team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the DRIM team across projects and develop processes for efficient information management.
* Work with project teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance and accuracy in document control procedures.
* Develop metrics to measure work process efficiency and effectiveness.
* Establish procedures for document development, distribution, and retention.
* Champion electronic document management systems and support quality assurance audits.
Requirements:
* 10 years of experience in project-based document/records management with a full understanding of ECMS configuration.
* 5 years of experience managing and training a document control team.
* Demonstrated experience in leadership roles on large, complex projects.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency using web-based file transfer applications and standard office automation tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or higher.
* 15+ years' experience managing a document control program.
* 7+ years' experience managing a document management team.
* Advanced use of Aconex and PowerBI.
