THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE
* This is a highly commercial BDM role focused on structuring profitable modular solutions for construction and renewable energy projects.
* The business generates a consistent flow of project enquiries and repeat demand, providing a strong pipeline foundation. While proactive relationship development remains important, you will not be building from scratch.
* You will take ownership of end-to-end client relationships, from early project engagement through scoping, pricing, commercial negotiation and contract award.
* You will operate within complex project environments, engaging with Project Managers, Commercial Managers, Procurement Leads and Site Supervisors to understand site requirements, timelines and budget constraints.
* Success in this role will require balancing revenue growth with margin discipline, making informed decisions around asset deployment, cross-hire strategy, transport, installation and total project cost.
THE EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
* Experience hiring or supplying equipment, modular buildings or site-based solutions into construction and renewable energy environments.
* Comfortable structuring deals that balance client requirements with asset utilisation, cross-hire strategy and profitability.
* Commercially driven but low-ego — someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-moving environment, works collaboratively with operations, and takes accountability for both outcomes and margin.
