**About the Role**
**WHA4/WHA5** As a Sterilising Services Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of sterilisation across the facility. Working both independently and as part of a team, you will evaluate and refine work methods, ensuring that sterilisation processes are efficient and effective. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate records and managing the supply of sterile stock, ensuring that equipment is readily available to wards and departments when needed. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to patient safety and support the smooth running of the healthcare facility while building your career in sterilisation services.
**WHA-6** As a Team Leader in Sterilising Services, you will oversee the allocation of duties and coordination of work practices to ensure the seamless operation of sterilisation services across all user areas. You'll provide supervision and guidance to Sterilising Services Attendants, ensuring they adhere to departmental policies and procedures while maintaining the highest standards of sterilisation. In addition to fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment, you will play a key role in implementing new procedures and work practices, driving continuous improvement to meet the evolving needs of the facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader to make a tangible impact in a vital healthcare setting.
