WOW Recruitment is seeking a confident Appointment Setter to join a leading financial services organisation specialising in mortgage broking, financial planning and super advice.
This is a high-energy, phone-based role working with warm leads, where your focus will be building rapport, qualifying opportunities and booking appointments for Financial Advisors.
You will work within a structured sales environment using a well crafted script, while also bringing your own personality and initiative to conversations. This role suits someone who does well in KPI-driven environments and enjoys turning conversations into opportunities.
What you will be doing
* Making high-volume outbound calls to warm leads
* Booking qualified appointments for Financial Advisors
* Conducting initial fact-finding conversations with prospective clients
* Working towards daily KPIs including call activity and booked meetings
* Accurately logging activity and notes within the CRM system
* Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
What you bring
* 2+ years' experience in appointment setting, sales, or outbound phone-based roles
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
* Confidence working within KPI-driven environments
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* A proactive, resilient mindset and positive attitude
