Culinary Expert Sought
We are seeking a talented individual with strong culinary knowledge and organisational skills to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in planning, organisation and execution of meal services across breakfast and lunch. Additionally, they should be able to develop and refine menus to ensure variety, creativity and quality.
A key responsibility of this role will be to estimate food and labour requirements, coordinate ordering and stock control ensuring efficient kitchen operations.
1. Plan and oversee the preparation and cooking of food for various meals.
2. Develop, update and refine menus to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality, variety and creativity.
3. Co-ordinate the estimation of food and labour requirements, as well as ordering and stock management.
