We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Canberra. This role will provide prompt, efficient and reliable office services to the firm and our external stakeholders and focus on continuous improvement for each function within Office Services.
* Greet and assist clients/visitors, ensuring a professional experience
* Coordinate meeting room bookings, setups, resets and support smooth delivery of internal and client meetings and events
* Maintain client areas, kitchens, meeting rooms and back of house workspaces to a high standard
* Manage security passes, onboard new starters including office tours, merchandise and equipment coordination
* Liaise with Facilities and Technology team, suppliers and building management for maintenance and equipment
* Oversee WH&S checks, First Aid, emergency warden coordination and critical incidents
* Handle mail, deliveries and couriers
* Manage internal communications and office related events and activations
* Manage office supplies including stationery, catering, staff amenities and budget reconciliation
* Support National Operations Manager and Canberra Office Partner in Charge and
* Assist with general office tasks
About You
You will ideally have the following skills and experience:
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar role or professional services firm
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Ability to work autonomously
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong organisation/timemanagement skills
* Flexible, reliable with a 'can do' attitude and a proactive approach
