Role Overview

Reporting to the Store and Assistant Store Manager, you will be part of a team that drives overall success in a fast‐paced retail environment. Your key responsibilities will include engaging customers, ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere, and contributing to sales targets.

Who You Are (Qualifications)

• Retail and Point‐of‐Sale experience, preferably within the homewares field.
• Demonstrated sales experience.
• Outstanding communication skills and a high standard of personal presentation.
• A pro‐active and enthusiastic approach to work.
• Flexibility to work weekends and late trading hours in line with business needs and peak trade periods.
• A passion for the retail industry, customer service and homewares.
