Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Artistic Administrator to work closely with the Senior Producer in delivering our annual artistic program.
This role is primarily responsible for coordinating casting, contracts, licensing, artist communications, and key production documentation, ensuring smooth and efficient artistic operations across the company.

Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate casting processes, including scheduling auditions, conducting interviews, and negotiating contracts
2. Manage licensing agreements, ensure compliance with copyright laws, and coordinate royalties payments
3. Communicate effectively with artists, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth production operations
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date production documentation, including scripts, contracts, and financial records
