* Translate Division priorities into Branch objectives and Parts Department strategies
* Balance customer satisfaction with the implications associated with inventory management costs
* Implement and execute parts processes and procedures
* Develop and implement Branch specific processes to improve customer satisfaction and profitability
* Ensure employees are knowledgeable of parts processes and procedures
* Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve systemic issues
* Manage workflow and costs, particularly labor costs
