About The Role
As a Senior Auditor, you will be responsible for delivering high‐quality audits across medium to large engagements, supporting all stages of the audit lifecycle including planning, risk assessment, and financial analysis. You will apply strong technical expertise to manage deadlines and client relationships effectively, while clearly communicating audit findings and outcomes. Working closely with managers and partners, you will also mentor and support junior team members, ensure compliance with professional standards, meet key performance indicators, and contribute positively to overall team performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct medium to large audits
* Contribute to audit planning and risk assessment
* Conduct in-depth financial analysis
* Articulate audit results in reports and meetings
* Complete assigned work accurately and in compliance
* Contribute to the preparation of audit reports
* Actively manage deadlines and WIP
* Provide support and guidance to junior audit team members
* Develop long‐lasting relationships with clients
* Participate in new opportunities and proposals where relevant
* Delivers training to junior team members where required such as for the graduate program
Desired Skills And Experience
* A solid understanding of accounting and auditing standards
* Strong understanding of the WIP and billing process
* Ability to meet agreed KPI's within the required and agreed budget
* Ability to work independently on medium and large jobs for clients in consultation with supervisor and managers
* Ability to delegate work to junior team members where appropriate
* Proactively manage workload and communicate jobs deadlines and workflow to managers and partners
* Ability to provide training to junior audit team members
* Ability to communicate audit results in reports to relevant stakeholders
