The Visionary Retail Designer plays a key role in developing and executing visual merchandising strategies to bring the brand's vision to life in-store. This involves designing creative elements for windows, in-store activations, and key retail moments, including props, installations, and fixtures.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Head of Visual Merchandising in developing and writing monthly guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all store locations.

* Design and develop all creative elements, including window displays, in-store fixtures, and product presentations, aligned with the brand's aesthetic and target customer.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage the VM strategy and marketing brief to drive business results.
">
* Create detailed guidebooks for store teams to implement new collections, campaigns, and refreshes, ensuring seamless execution.
">
* Define technical specifications, including materials, dimensions, and colours, for all design elements, working closely with vendors and contractors.
">
* Conduct site visits to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies in-store.

Requirements:

* Relevant degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
">
* Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or a similar creative role within a retail environment.

* Strong understanding and appreciation for the brand's aesthetic and target customer.

* Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including designers, vendors, and store teams.

* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
