The role
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead data‐driven, human‐centred change initiatives, shaping and delivering P&C's organisation-wide change strategy—particularly for major people technology upgrades. The role focuses on engaging stakeholders at all levels, executing practical plans that deliver measurable benefits, and supporting communications for key P&C initiatives and campaigns.
Responsibilities Will Include
* Lead and deliver organisational change across large P&C innovation and technology projects.
* Co-develop and embed the P&C change strategy to build capability and standardise practices.
* Partner with project teams to design and implement change initiatives (including HCM rollout).
* Support delivery of clear, measurable outcomes that embed change in the business.
* Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure project governance requirements are met.
* Deliver end-to-end change communications across the project lifecycle, including BAU transition.
* Conduct impact and stakeholder analysis and support core change deliverables.
* Contribute to enterprise-wide change management roadmap and maturity uplift.
* Collaborate with Digital, Data and Technology to standardise tools and approaches.
* Support broader P&C business change activities and capability building (including training).
* Drive a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of change.
About You
Qualifications & Experience:
* Demonstrated strength in delivering strategic change, ideally in large-scale cultural or people technology initiatives.
* Experience working with the implementation of an HR software system within the public sector highly regarded.
* Proven capability working in complex enterprise level environments.
* Ability to plan and manage people, process, and behavioural change activities.
* Understanding of modern web technologies and publishing processes.
* Expertise in developing and delivering complex content across digital and traditional channels.
* Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-level reporting.
* Excellent stakeholder management, with experience influencing senior leaders and technical experts.
* Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci or equivalent).
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Change Management, Business, HR, IT or Communications.
