About the role:
We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our Sydney marketing team on a 12-month parental leave contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful contribution to a growing business within a short-term role. Reporting to the Marketing Director - Obela, you'll be responsible for the Dips portfolios of Red Rock Deli and Snacking. This position is based in North Sydney, with occasional travel to Adelaide. It also includes collaboration with the PepsiCo Red Rock Deli Masterbrand team
Key Responsibilities:
As the Senior Brand Manager, you will drive the success of the Red Rock Deli dip brand’s consumer strategy, delivering growth in brand penetration and saliency in alignment with our long-term strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing the marketing mix for both Red Rock Deli Dips and Single Serve portfolios, managing communication initiatives and sampling to expand market reach.
Leading the development and execution of innovation pipelines for short- and long-term growth.
Ensuring successful delivery of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) by managing all aspects of the marketing mix and delivering a gold standard product range.
You will also play a crucial role in:
Managing agency partners to develop and implement the communications strategy.
Overseeing project management of all marketing campaigns and track market activities.
Providing range recommendations and lead the marketing commercialization of New Product Development (NPD).
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, while adhering to WHS policies.
About you:
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG marketing with a proven record in leading brand strategy and NPD. Strong ability to influence and collaborate effectively. Excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset and adaptability.
