**Job Opportunity:** Machine Learning Engineer - Financial Services
We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and deploying machine learning solutions on Azure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, deploy, and maintain ML models and pipelines in Azure
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support AI program delivery
* Optimize and automate model training, monitoring, and performance processes
* Build scalable data workflows using SQL, Python, and Azure data services
* Assist with model governance, documentation, and best-practice implementation
* Contribute to the design of cloud-native ML architectures
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
* Strong experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Engineer or similar
* Proficiency in Python for ML engineering, data manipulation, and automation
* Solid knowledge of SQL and relational data systems
* Hands-on experience with Azure ML, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or related Azure services
* Experience deploying ML models into production environments
* Familiarity with MLOps practices is a strong advantage
* Experience in Financial Services is desirable but not essential
