Job Title: Trade Centre Assistant
The role is focused on supporting the day-to-day operations at a warehouse and trade centre. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing high-quality customer service through order processing, communication and stock handling.
* Processing documentation such as ROSAs, sales and delivery documents.
* Managing stock levels, including receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, despatching and conducting cycle counts and stocktakes.
Maintaining safety, housekeeping (5S) and environmental standards to ensure a safe working environment.
