* Develop workforce planning initiatives that align people needs with organisational priorities.
* Guide teams through organisational change with a focus on engagement, clarity and cohesion.
* Contribute to broader people initiatives such as culture programs, remuneration and benefits, and DE&I activities.
* Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance people processes, systems and ways of working.
What you'll bring
* A proactive, solutions‐focused approach and the ability to build trust quickly.
* Strong experience in strategic business partnering, ideally within complex or highly regulated environments.
* Confidence working across multiple industrial instruments and navigating nuanced IR landscapes.
* Experience supporting Enterprise Agreement negotiations from planning through to implementation.
* The ability to influence, coach and guide leaders toward practical, people‐aligned outcomes.
* A genuine commitment to creating workplaces where people feel supported, valued and empowered.
