We’re looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team and help keep things moving.
Summary:
We’re seeking a skilled and safety-minded Forklift Driver to operate forklifts, move and organise stock, and keep our warehouse and production lines running smoothly. You’ll enjoy consistent weekday hours, occasional opportunities for extra shifts, and the chance to be part of a supportive, fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate counterbalance and/or high-reach forklifts to move goods across the warehouse and production areas.
* Follow FIFO inventory management principles, ensuring correct storage, rotation, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods.
* Assist with goods receiving, verifying delivery accuracy and updating records in NetSuite.
* Use handheld scanners and barcoding systems to manage inventory movements.
* Perform stock transfers and order fulfilment tasks within the NetSuite ERP system.
* Support production operations by delivering materials to blending and packing lines in a timely and organised manner.
* Work closely with and support other forklift drivers, ensuring safe and coordinated traffic flow and collaborative shift coverage.
* Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks, helping to maintain stock accuracy across all zones.
* Help uphold a clean, organised, and compliant warehouse environment, in line with HACCP and safety standards.
What You’ll Bring:
* Availability Monday to Friday within our 7.00am–5.00pm operational window (occasional weekend shifts available).
* Valid LF or LO forklift licence with strong counterbalance and/or high-reach experience.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
* Experience using inventory scanners and barcoding systems in a warehouse or production setting.
* Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP/WMS platforms is preferred.
* A solid understanding of FIFO and best practices in stock handling.
* A team player with a focus on clear communication, safety, and efficiency.
* Willingness to support broader team objectives and lend a hand where needed.
