About the Position
* Greet and seat guests, provide menus and assistance as needed.
* Take accurate food and beverage orders, accommodating dietary requirements.
* Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
* Process payments efficiently and handle guest requests with care.
* Promote menu specials and upsell items to enhance guest experience.
* Adhere to safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
* Work across shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
We're seeking a candidate with previous hospitality experience, knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails (training provided), and ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
