Smokemart & Gift Box – Assistant Manager (2IC)
Forming part of the management team, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with daily business operations. You will bring confidence, energy and passion for customer service, influencing your team to achieve store goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist and support the Store Manager across all aspects of store management
- Visual Merchandising
- Store Administration
- Training & coaching of new team members
- Effectively delegating & managing the team
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team
- Maintain a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing storefront
- Ensure store environment complies with health and safety regulations
- Monitor and maintain suitable store inventory levels
- Deliver energetic customer service with a sales growth mindset
- Provide regular assistance to customers and resolve queries in a timely and skilled manner
Qualifications / Requirements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to connect positively with both customers and team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A friendly, energetic personality
- A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
- A current/valid police check or willingness to obtain if successful
