What You'll Do
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through a consultative, relationship-based sales approach.
* Demonstrate bakery equipment solutions and assist clients in selecting products that meet their operational needs.
* Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations, ensuring timely and accurate follow-ups.
* Support the client journey post-sale, providing updates and milestone information, and assist with equipment installation and commissioning where required.
* Participate in trade shows and industry events to showcase the bakery offering.
* Identify opportunities for growth and new business within your assigned territory, and develop strategic sales plans to maximise results.
What You Bring
* In-depth knowledge of the commercial bakery industry, products, and customer needs.
* Hands-on experience in a bakery or production environment is highly desirable (baker/pastry chef experience is a plus, but not essential).
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills – confident in presenting solutions and proposals.
* Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing your own appointments and territory.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Unrestricted driver's license.
