About the Role
The Dubbo Brain Injury Rehabilitation Program (BIRP) provides a community outreach case management rehabilitation service to adults with acquired brain injuries in the Western NSW Local Health District (WNSWLHD). A Health Clinician position is available to join the team. This role will provide contemporary brain injury rehabilitation in accordance with NSW BIRP principles and guidelines.
As a Case Manager, you will provide a consultative service to local clinicians to promote a high level of patient‑centred care. You will be involved in developing, planning and implementing services that offer efficiency and effectiveness in delivery.
The team consists of three Health Clinicians in Brain Injury and a Rural Spinal Cord Injury Coordinator. Working hours are adaptable and can be negotiated. This role requires travel within the Western NSW LHD.
