To be eligible, you must have full permanent working rights in Australia and a minimum of five years of hands-on industry experience in the data space.What You’ll Be DoingLeading Data Solutions – Working closely with clients to design and implement analytics strategies tailored to their business needs.Developing Scalable Data Models – Building and optimising data models that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.Driving Data Transformations – Leveraging SQL-based tools like dbt and Coalesce to structure and refine datasets.Managing Data Pipelines – Overseeing ETL/ELT processes to transform raw data into actionable insights.Delivering Business Intelligence – Integrating and managing tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Looker to enable effective reporting.Ensuring Data Integrity – Implementing governance frameworks to maintain accuracy, security, and quality.Collaborating Across Teams – Partnering with data engineers, analysts, and business leaders to embed data-driven decision-making.Mentoring & Development – Supporting junior team members and contributing to the ongoing growth of the organisation.What You Bring to the TableAdvanced SQL skills (5+ years) – ability to write complex queries, manage large datasets, and optimise performance.Strong expertise in cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Fabric, or Databricks.Proficiency in ETL/ELT processes and modern transformation tools (dbt, Coalesce).Experience creating impactful data visualisations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.Excellent communication skills – able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.A track record of delivering data-driven solutions that provide tangible business value.Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with machine learning or advanced analytics techniques.A passion for data storytelling, making insights accessible and engaging.Strong understanding of data governance to ensure compliance and quality.Who We’re Looking ForYou’re a problem solver who thrives on tackling complex data challenges and delivering real-world impact.
