Requirements for this role:
* Oven, bowl and bench skills
* At least 1 year of experience required
We're after someone who:
* Loves the smell of fresh bread at 3am (yes, we start early!)
* Brings experience, skill, and a great attitude to the bench, bowl and ovens!
* Has a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a new franchise's success.
* Can work independently and collaboratively.
* Has a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
About the role:
* Early morning starts.
* Baking a wide range of high-quality breads and specialty products.
* Maintaining food safety and workplace health & safety standards.
* Assisting with training and supporting junior staff.
* Working as part of a small, supportive team.
