An exciting opportunity to manage a holiday park in the beautiful Miami, Gold Coast QLD
The Role
We are currently recruiting for experienced management team members who are highly customer focused, commercially minded, and driven to develop the business while engaging with guests and the local community. We seek people who can deliver exceptional visitor experiences. Relief Managers must have a commercial mindset, be flexible, and love working with guests and onsite staff.
The ideal management team will also assist with grounds maintenance and greeting/checking in guests at reception. Grounds work is physically demanding and includes all aspects of park maintenance, including amenities cleaning. As per council regulations, no pets are allowed on the property.

* Success candidates must be available to work a 4-day consecutive fortnight, including weekends.
* This is a great little park on the beachfront in Miami, Gold Coast.
* You must have your own van or setup.
* There may be a possibility to leave your van onsite during your working period, rather than removing it every fortnight.
Responsibilities include:
* Being accountable for all business operations and guest experience
* Being hands-on and possessing a positive can-do attitude
* Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to fit within established guidelines
* Leading and supervising small teams
* Being accountable for the financial outcomes of the business
* Achieving agreed KPIs
A strong Australian-based support office and local management teams support our park managers and relief managers in all areas of WHS, holiday park legislation, IT, and HR, so our on-site teams can focus on delighting guests.
Selection Criteria
* An energetic and enthusiastic, hands-on approach
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Familiarity with RMS 9+ computerised booking system and good computer skills
* Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes
* Well-developed communication, organisation, administration, and management skills
* Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders professionally
* Availability to work across a seven-day roster, including public holidays, weekends, early mornings, and evenings
* Must be able to liaise with existing on-site managers
