Description
* Lead national sales efforts across direct and distributor channels
* Build and maintain relationships with procurement teams and decision-makers
* Drive lead generation and long-cycle sales strategies
* Travel nationally and occasional international trips
* Collaborate with internal teams to support tenders and complex sales
Profile
A successful National Sales Manager should have:
* Proven B2B sales experience, ideally through distributor networks or directly to sectors like education, hospitality, health care, law enforcement, and mining
* Strong understanding of distributor networks and solution-based selling
* Self-starter with strategic thinking and excellent communication skills
* Experience selling commercial kitchen and laundry equipment (ideal but not essential)
* Proven ability to operate autonomously and guide team members toward shared goals
