What Your Day Could Look Like
* Creating and scheduling content across our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
* Managing ambassador relationships, from identifying new partners to tracking performance
* Coordinating marketing campaigns and sponsorship activations - from community events to ambassador content shoots
* Assisting with photoshoots, video content, and creative production
* Supporting campaign rollouts across digital, in-store and traditional channels
* Monitoring performance and engagement metrics to ensure content remains on-brand and effective
* Staying up to date with emerging social trends and using them to keep our content fresh and relevant
About You
You're a passionate marketer with strong organisational skills and an eye for detail. You're as comfortable creating a social post as you are managing an event, and you're eager to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
You'll Bring
* A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* 1–2+ years' experience in marketing, digital marketing and/or social media coordination (automotive experience a bonus)
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships through two-way communication and work across departments with agility.
* Strong leadership and initiative with the ability to lead projects and take initiative.
* Strategic thinking and a future focussed mindset to maximise impact.
* Knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing, including content creation and community management
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and digital tools such as Canva or Meta Business Suite
* Excellent written communication skills and high attention to detail.
* A proactive, "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
* A full NZ Driver's Licence and full NZ working rights
