The Role:
* Opening/closing the store premises
* Providing exceptional customer care during sales
* Maintaining excellent store presentation standards
* Communicating daily with head office and other stores via video conferencing and phone
* Daily teamwork collaboration between staff members
* Utilizing point-of-sale systems MYOB RetailManager & Shopify
About You:
* To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum 2 years of experience in sales or retail
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Excellent personal appearance and grooming
* Ability to provide a high level of customer service
This position requires moderate physical activity, including climbing ladders, moving rugs, and lifting small to large rugs from racks.
Requirements:
* Australian citizenship or residency status
* Availability to work weekends (20-30 hours per week)
