Service Network Administrator – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
We are looking for a Service Network Administrator to join our Service Network team on a 12‐month fixed‐term contract. You will support the team with communication, system maintenance, and daily queries to ensure seamless operation across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Service Network team's business programs.
* Work closely with the Service Network and Salvage teams to understand client and consumer requirements.
* Assist day‐to‐day queries from the claims team, ensuring timely and cost‐effective outcomes.
* Manage email inboxes and take appropriate action.
* Liaise with service centres on daily queries, escalations and SLA turn‐around times.
* Assist with monthly reporting on key metrics and SLAs for service centres.
* Liaise with customers directly for escalations and fault confirmations.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience in customer service and support for retail environments (technical exposure to electronics/appliances/whitegoods is ideal).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills, with experience meeting SLAs or KPIs.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, both internal and external.
* Strong analytical, numerical and problem‐solving skills.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Ability to cover diverse areas and be flexible with change and business growth.
