Administrative Assistant III

This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks, maintain a high level of accuracy, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about supporting the ministry's mission to reach people with the Gospel and help believers grow in their Bible knowledge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing meeting agendas and feedback reports. They will also assist in event planning and logistics for ministry activities, events, and workshops.
\
In addition, they will maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for necessary orders. They will manage databases, including donor, volunteer, and membership records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. They will also assist with financial documentation, including processing invoices and expense reports.
\
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to prioritize tasks. They will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external organizations.

They will be able to interact effectively with senior management and possess a high level of discretion and confidentiality. They will also have a strong passion for supporting ministry work and aligning with the mission of spreading the Gospel.

The following are some of the key responsibilities of this role:

5. General Administrative Duties: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.

6. Digital and Social Support: Assist with managing content schedules and publishing across digital platforms.

7. Project Management: Assist in developing and implementing office procedures and systems to improve efficiency.

8. Budget Preparation: Assist in budget preparation, revisions, reports, and ongoing accountability of current budget expenses.

9. Reporting: Track performance metrics and assist in reporting results.
