About The Role

As an Assistant Trade Store Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the operational activities of the Bundaberg Fulfilment Centre. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring that operational targets are consistently achieved. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to operational excellence

Some Tasks As Part Of This Role Include

Supporting the training and development of new team members to ensure they understand and deliver our high standards of customer serviceAccountable for a continuous improvement at the siteAssist in analysing KPI and stock-keeping data, identifying issues, and preparing reports for resolution and actionAssisting to create a positive and motivating culture within the team that inspires great performance and supporting all levels of team member performanceBuilds and sustains positive relationships within the teamEnsure that Knauf Gypsum values are part of the operational cultureFoster a culture of change readiness to optimise labour usage and streamline processesOccupational Health & Safety and preventative maintenanceBuilding and maintaining client relationship
