Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
* Lead and develop a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales growth.
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers.
* Manage store visual merchandising, stock control, and health and safety standards.
