The Role
* Manage a portfolio of retail centres
* Be empowered to take ownership of landlord and tenant relationships
* Overseeing day-to-day property management functions
* Building strong, service-focused relationships with tenants and landlords
* Managing budgets, outgoings, arrears, lease administration, and maintenance
* Coordinating contractors and capital works, with a focus on asset value and presentation
The Criteria
* Previous commercial or retail property management experience
* A valid WA Driver's License and car
