Project Management Leadership Opportunity
This key leadership position oversees projects through feasibility, approvals, design, and construction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing projects through feasibility, approvals, design, and construction.
* Managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring milestones are achieved.
* Preparing and reviewing project plans, budgets, and financial reports.
* Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing solutions.
* Coordinating design briefs and managing the design process.
* Tracking and managing the financial performance of projects.
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in civil project management, ideally in land development.
* Background in civil engineering design and/or project management will be highly regarded.
* Strong written and verbal communication, able to engage and negotiate with a range of stakeholders.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
* A proactive team player, comfortable working hands-on across all project phases.
* Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, Planning, Engineering or related field.
* Financial acumen, ideally with expertise in estate management.
