Lead Mechanical Engineer Position
The role of Lead Mechanical Engineer involves overseeing a team of mechanical engineers, managing project staffing needs, scheduling tasks and assignments, creating estimates and work plans, and reviewing critical calculations and design documents.
* Leading daily operations in medium to large sized complex projects.
* Supervising and coordinating the work of assigned mechanical engineering personnel.
* Providing technical input to meet procurement requirements.
A bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience are required. Additionally, strong frontline leadership skills, ability to manage conflicting deadlines and competing priorities, and comfort working in multi-cultural environments are essential.
