We are seeking applications from a customer-focused Rates Officer to join our Rates & Revenue Team.
You will work with key Council staff to deliver revenue functions including rates administration, debt recovery, payment arrangements and accurate data management, ensuring compliance with legislation and Council policy.
To be successful in this role you will have strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders. We are seeking someone who is a team player, solutions focused and committed to delivering quality outcomes for our organisation and community.
