The Role
Our Conciliation and Trader Intervention Branch which undertakes activities to help business and consumers resolve disputes and remedy any improper practices.
* Under guidance handle more complex disputes.
* Provide important advice and negotiate to facilitate resolutions.
* Understanding how relevant legislation applies to the situation.
* Attempting to reach outcomes that are fair and equitable.
