We are seeking a high-level Senior Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing across the entire group.
Role Overview
This role leads brand strategy, multi-brand execution, content, digital performance, industry communications, and partnership marketing across all Riverstone businesses.
You will operate at both the strategic and hands-on level, shaping messaging, driving growth, and ensuring regulatory-aligned communication for finance and law-firm products.
Brand, Messaging & Positioning
Own core brand strategy and value propositions for Riverstone and all sub-brands.
Build and maintain consistent brand messaging frameworks across all products.
Manage third-party brand usage and other integrated partners.
Ensure all messaging meets regulatory requirements for finance, AML/CTF, and incorporated legal practice communications.
Content, Social & Creative
Manage all social media posts across all brands with tailored messaging per audience.
Oversee production of brand and partner video content, testimonials, case studies, and customer stories.
Lead the creation and control of all print, web, social, sales, and advertising assets.
Oversee banner ads, online advertising assets, and supporting creative for affiliates and partner channels
Produce high-quality industry-facing content simplifying complex finance/legal products for real estate.
Digital Marketing, Analytics & ROI
Own Google Analytics, attribution, tracking, and optimisation across all brands.
Manage digital ad spend, performance metrics, and CPL/CPA reporting.
Conduct ROI calculation for all marketing activity including campaigns, sponsorships, events, videos, and affiliates.
Build data-driven reporting dashboards for leadership.
Relationship & Stakeholder Management
Manage relationships with agencies, franchise groups, industry trainers, allied partners, and third-party providers.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to gather feedback and refine messaging and product positioning.
Manage affiliate partners and ambassador programs, including co-branded collateral and partner approvals.
Maintain strong communication lines with industry bodies, media partners, and advertisers.
Leadership & Team Management
Build and lead a small marketing team as the company scales.
Manage external creative partners, video producers, designers, content writers, and agencies.
Set OKRs, campaign plans, and weekly priorities for the group's marketing function.
What You Bring
5–10+ years in senior marketing roles in at least one of FinTech, PropTech, Lending, RegTech, Real Estate or LegalTech.
Ability to manage and scale multiple brands in a complex ecosystem.
Deep experience in content, digital, performance, and brand execution.
Strong understanding of regulated environments (finance, AML, legal).
Ability to both strategise and execute — a hybrid leader/doer.
Comfortable operating at founder pace with high autonomy.
Strong relationship management skills, across both internal and external stakeholders.
