About the Role:
As the KIA Brand Manager, you will deliver:
* Commitment to delivering an outstanding Guest Experience every time.
* Outstanding personal presentation, attitude, and confidence.
* Personal values including honesty, integrity, and accountability.
* Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
* Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
* Introduce customers to our Finance and Insurance Specialists.
* A current Australian driver's license.
About You:
* Proven experience in automotive sales, with a strong track record of success.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in dealership management software and reporting tools.
* Current driver's license.
