Location: Northerlies Beach Bar & Grill, Airlie Beach
Northerlies Beach Bar & Grill is seeking a dynamic and experienced Duty Manager to join our vibrant team. With our stunning beachfront location and reputation for exceptional service, we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for hospitality, and can manage a diverse team with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of the venue, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
* Lead and motivate a dedicated team of staff.
* Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or issues.
* Ensure compliance with all licensing and health & safety regulations.
* Handle cash management, stock control, and staff rostering.
* Remain calm and solution-focused during busy or high-pressure situations.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Energetic, reliable, and driven.
* Experienced in hospitality management, with previous Duty Manager or supervisory experience preferred.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Calm under pressure, with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
* Strong understanding of bar operations, staff management, and customer service excellence.
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
