Financial Transactions Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a financial transactions coordinator. This is a dual-role position responsible for processing financial transactions and coordinating daily logistics.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal staff, families, suppliers, and logistics providers to ensure accuracy in financial processes and delivery of services within established guidelines.
The ideal candidate should:
* Demonstrated experience in financial administration or accounting
* Intermediate skills in MS Office including Excel
* Experience in computerised systems/processes
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
* Accuracy and efficiency in data entry and record keeping
* Capable of coordinating logistics and resolving issues
